The Irreplaceable Café miel
Simple and delicious, the Café Miel is a classic French dessert coffee made from cinnamon and honey.

  1. Prepare 3oz Espresso in choice of machine

  2. Heat cream on stove top, or in microwave untill warm. Remove from heat and froth.

  3. Mix 3oz espresso, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and divide between two mugs.

  4. Carefully pour cream into the espresso, allowing the cream to rise to the surface.

  5. Drizzle with remaining honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Café Miel is best served warm, not hot. Allow the espresso to cool while you froth the cream. This will prevent the cream from getting too hot.
